A salaries and wage ordinance passed Monday by the West Liberty Village Council brings consistency to pay rates for full-time hourly village employees.
The ordinance affords pay raises to hourly village employees, and aims to make hourly wages the same for employees performing the same job within a department. Passed on third-and-final reading, the ordinance sets the pay for two full-time street department employees at $17 per hour.
