Christopher A. Price, 30, and Caitlin M. Stalk, 22, both of 6913 County Road 28, Zanesfield, each were issued a summons for domestic violence related to an incident at their residence Thursday afternoon.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to their address about 2:25 p.m.
Deputies first spoke with Price, who said the pair had been in a verbal argument that day when it escalated, and said he slammed their bedroom door, which “accidentally” flipped over a night stand with Stalk’s laptop on it.
Stalk reportedly was upset that Price damaged her laptop and then she allegedly flipped over the other night stand containing Price’s property.
While Price denied having physical contact with Stalk, she said he pushed her against a wall, where she hit the back of her head. She said he also allegedly threw her down on the floor in the hallway and then made threats to harm her.
Stalk also admitted to flipping over the night stand during the altercation. Deputies noted that the bedroom was in disarray.
Price agreed to leave the home for the night. Both individuals were issued the summonses.
