Linda L. Sloas, 25, of Russells Point, was transported by Indian Lake EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for incapacitating injuries sustained in a three-vehicle crash between Midway and Russells Point about 9:50 a.m. Saturday.

Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report she was operating an eastbound car on U.S. Route 33 just east of Township Road 239 when she drove left of center and struck a westbound box truck operated by William H. Williams, 51, of Byesville. The box truck then went off the right side of the road and into the ditch.
The Sloas car then continued eastbound and struck a second westbound vehicle, a car operated by Amanda Reymann, 49, of Marysville.
Neither Mr. Williams nor Ms. Reymann reported any injuries. Each of the drivers was wearing a seat belt.
Damage was heavy to the box truck and the Sloas car, and moderate to the Reymann vehicle. Ms. Sloas was cited for a left of center violation.
The Lakeview Fire Department and Indian Joint Fire District personnel also responded to the scene.
