Personnel from the Indian Joint Fire District prepare to clear the scene Monday of a two-vehicle crash that occurred about 12:30 p.m. on State Route 366 in the area of the Indian Lake spillway. Richard Walker, 68, of Russells Point, was cited for failure to yield the right of way as a result of the crash. Troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol report Walker was stopped at the intersection of Miami Drive and S.R. 366. Allyson Cyphers, 30, of Lima, reportedly was operating an eastbound vehicle on S.R. 366 approaching Miami Dr.Walker failed to yield to Cyphers’ vehicle.
