Christopher Scurlock, 33, address unavailable, was charged with felony counts of domestic violence and burglary, along with two counts of aggravated menacing related to an incident Monday evening.
Officers of the Washington Township Police Department were dispatched about 9:35 p.m. to 8890 Township Road 239, Lot 54, on the report of a male that entered a residence uninvited and began throwing and breaking things.
Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim. She stated Scurlock entered her home and stole items from the residence. While inside the residence, he had broken several items and threatened the pregnant victim, the victim’s friend and a small juvenile.
Officers made contact with the defendant at a nearby residence. He stated that he had nothing to say about the incident.
He was placed under arrest and booked into the Logan County Jail. The Russells Point Police Department also provided assistance at the scene.
