Cody J. Long, 33, of 604 Charles Ave., was charged Thursday with domestic violence.
Around 11:55 p.m., officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department arrived at the residence and spoke with Long and his girlfriend, Cynthia Outram.
He denied any physical assault on Outram. However, she told officers he threatened her and she feared he would beat her badly.
When confronted by officers with Outram’s allegations, Long agreed with her statement, according to the incident report.
He was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
