David C. Bradley, 40, of 8890 Township Road 239, Apt. 22, Lakeview, was charged with public intoxication and theft related to an incident early Friday morning at the Village Pantry Gas Station, 209 State Route 708, Russells Point.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the gas station about 4:35 a.m. on a complaint regarding an intoxicated man who stole items from the business.
Employees provided a description of the suspect, later identified as Bradley, and deputies located him just outside the store.
They noted that his speech was slurred and he was unsteady on his feet.
Deputies learned that Bradley allegedly stole two candy bars from the gas station, and the candy bars were recovered nearby the building.
He was placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail.
