Clifford D. Fisher, 41, of 450 Kristina Drive, Apt. 68, was charged Thursday with two counts of felony domestic violence.
He allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, Pamela Hutchison and her adult daughter, Sarah Blair, who also resides in the residence with her 5-year-old son.
Around 10:30 p.m., an argument ensued and the suspect allegedly charged at Ms. Blair, struck her in the chest with his hand and knocked her down. He then shoved Ms. Hutchison down twice. He also threw her cellular phone, breaking it and damaging a wall.
Officers report there was a visible hand print on Ms. Blair’s chest.
The defendant also slammed a door into a wall as he left the apartment. He was found on foot nearby, arrested and lodged in jail.
Police records indicate the suspect has a prior conviction for domestic violence.

Tiffany M. Haynes, 29, of 10227 County Road 54, Lewistown, was charged today with public intoxication and two counts of illegally possessing prescription drugs.
At 2:30 a.m., officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were dispatched to Comfort Inn, 260 Northview Drive, regarding a disruptive woman.
She was apparently intoxicated and officers took her into custody. They found a small plastic container in the coin pocket of her jeans. It contained two pills and a dose of a drug commonly used in treating opioid addiction.
She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
