Dallas C. McKinley, 41, at large, was charged Sunday with criminal damaging and criminal trespassing.
Around 10 p.m., officers met with Nellie C. Tuttle and Palmer Davis who reported the suspect entered their 117 W. Brown Ave. residence, overturned a shelving unit and threw items about the residence.
On Tuesday, he was arrested for public intoxication at 9:30 p.m. after he was found sitting on the CSX Transportation railroad tracks west of Kennedy Street.
He was lodged in jail.
Two charged with domestic violence
Ivan C. Gammell, 49, and Brandon J. Russell, 34, both of 1725 Wright St., Apt. 1, each was charged Monday with domestic violence.
Russell also was charged with illegal conveyance of drugs into a jail and illegal possession of a prescription drug.
Around 12:20 a.m., officers were called to the residence and learned the two fought. Officers believe Russell was the primary aggressor and he was arrested.
Strips of naloxone hydrochloride, commonly referred to as Suboxone, were found in his clothes and backpack at the jail.
Driver facing another OVI
James E. Saunders, 43, of 2033 State Route 540, was charged Friday with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
He was stopped around 12:10 p.m. for driving under suspension in the 200 block of east Sandusky Avenue.
On Aug. 19, he was charged by sheriff’s deputies with OVI and lost his driving privileges.
Officers detected an odor of alcohol while talking with him and reported his movements were slow and methodical and his speech was slurred.
Sobriety tests indicated he was impaired but he refused to provide a breath test.
He was lodged in jail.
Parolee search nets drugs, paraphernalia

Kimberly L. Carnes, 39, of 113 N. St. Paris St., was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia and served with a parole violation.
Officers were called to the residence by Adult Parole Authority officers for a parolee search.
Cocaine was found inside the residence along with pipes for smoking crack cocaine, more than a dozen hypodermic needles, a spoon for cooking heroin, digital scales and other paraphernalia.
She was lodged in jail.
