A city man was arrested twice in two days for warrants from Bellefontaine Municipal Court for theft.
Timothy E. Clark, 57, at large, was arrested first after a 1:20 p.m. Wednesday complaint by employees of Rite Aid Pharmacy, 230 S. Main St., reported a pair of suspicious people were in the store.
An officer on patrol at about 5 p.m. Thursday saw him outside and arrested him again that day and transported him to the Logan County Jail.
