Lorna C. Gump, 94, of DeGraff, passed away at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Heartland of Bellefontaine.
She was born in Bellefontaine on June 23, 1923, to the late LeRoy D. and Audrey H. Davis Fisher.
On Oct. 10, 1940, Lorna married Kenneth Webster Gump in Paris, Ky., and he preceded her in death Jan. 17, 2005. She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, a grandson, three sisters and three brothers.
Lorna is survived by her three daughters, Sheryl E. (David) Regula of Maplewood and Nancy Hall and Rhonda K. (Daniel) Goings, both of DeGraff; nine grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A homemaker, Lorna was a 50-year member of Miami Grange. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and especially spending time with her family and special cherished pets.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 25, at Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 210 W. Hayes St., DeGraff, where Pastor Bill Halter officiates a funeral service at 11 a.m. Monday, March 26. Burial follows in Greenwood-Union Cemetery, DeGraff.
