PUTSCH |
A man accused of raping a 10-year-old boy between 2014 and 2016 was charged in a Logan County grand jury indictment this week.
James E. Putsch, 35, of 9635 Orchard Drive, Lakeview, faces five counts of rape, first-degree felonies; and a single count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office became aware of the allegations after they were contacted by child abuse authorities in Indiana where the boy resides with his mother.
Putsch was arrested in May after an interview with investigators. He remains in the Logan County Jail.
