Indian Lake wins its fourth division title in six years
Indian Lake’s baseball program has cemented itself as a contender every year in the Central Buckeye Conference and returned to the top of the mountain Monday by winning the outright Mad River division championship.

The Lakers dominated visiting Northwestern 11-0 in six innings Monday to earn the program’s third CBC title and 18th league championship.
“It is one of the goals of every season,” said IL head coach Ryan Lillard. “We talk about getting numbers on our banners at the school every year. The last CBC championship we won, none of these players were varsity players and it was the year before I became the head coach.
“I’m happy for the student-athletes that put in the extra effort in the off-season, two-a-days in the beginning of the season and the early morning lifting and hitting they do during the season. They have earned the victories.”
