Murder suspect remained in jail Friday

Bond for a Rushsylvania woman charged with killing her husband was set at $150,000 during a Friday arraignment.
Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge William T. Goslee decided Assistant Logan County Prosecutor Dan Huston’s request of $250,000 was too high for Rosalie Kennedy, 62, a woman who has lived for decades in Logan County.
She has been charged with murder and second-degree felonious assault, both carrying added penalties of three years for using a gun.
