Faith Jenkins recorded 20 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals to power Ridgemont past host Triad 60-45 in a non-league girls basketball game Monday night.
The Gophers move their record to 6-8 on the season as the Cardinals slip to 7-7.
Ridgemont led by one point (19-18) after the opening quarter. The Gophers began to take control in the second period with a 14-8 run. That pushed the Gophers ahead by seven (33-26) at halftime.
