A Logan County grand jury has indicted two teenagers for their alleged parts in the Nov. 24th shooting death of Jeffrey Brentlinger.
Jasmine Lewis, 17, and Tatianna Freeman, now 18, had been charged as juveniles with complicity to murder, complicity to first-degree felony aggravated robbery and complicity to first-degree felony aggravated burglary.
Friday, Logan County Family Court Judge Kim Kellogg-Martin transferred their case into the adult system.
Tuesday’s indictment levies the same charges on the adult level.
The Logan County Common Pleas Court hopes to arraign the defendants Thursday.
