Jarrod A. Walls, 32, at large, was charged Thursday with criminal trespassing after he slept overnight in the men’s room of Subway, 870 E. Sandusky Ave.
He walked out of the bathroom around 6 a.m. and was confronted by an armed employee who detained him until officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department arrived on scene.
There was no evidence of forced entry or any other criminal activity.
Walls was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
