Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office charged an out-of-county man with possession of drugs, and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in Lakeview about 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
Nicholas Manning, 23, of Ottawa, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by deputies at the Lakeview Fuel Stop, 11343 State Route 235, Lakeview, because of a missing light above the license plate.
