Dorothy E. Kreamer, 87, of Marysville, died Sunday evening, July 8, at Memorial Hospital, Marysville.
In her spare time, she loved to play bingo, and she especially loved to sing.
She also had a love for horses. Dorothy was known by her family as the most wonderful woman in the world. She had an infectious laugh and oftentimes her whole neighborhood would be found in and around her house enjoying her hospitality.
Dorothy was born April 15, 1931, in Union County to the late Francis and Elsie Rice Forsythe. She married T. Morse Kreamer, who preceded her in death July 16, 1997. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Janet Wilson; brothers-in-law, Charles Stanford and Pearl Overfield; a nephew, Jimmy Stanford; and a niece, Janie Overfield.
She is survived by her siblings, Virginia Stanford of East Liberty, Francis Forsythe of Kentucky and Judy Overfield of Indian Lake; nephews, Robert (Debbie) Eickemeyer of Marysville, Ronald Eickemeyer of Bellefontaine and Richard (Brenda) Molden of Columbus, whom she loved like her own sons; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services begin at 2 p.m.Thursday, July 12, at the Ingram Funeral Home in Marysville, where calling begins at noon.
The Rev. Jeremy Stout officiates and burial follows at Milford Center Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to A Kid Again in care of the funeral home.
