Donna M. Williams, 65, of Jackson Center, passed away unexpectedly at her home. She was born on March 19, 1956, in Bellefontaine, Ohio, a daughter of the late LaVerne and Hazel L. (Heil) Williams.
Donna is survived by her siblings, Marjorie Faulder of DeGraff, Donald Williams of Quincy, and Ronald Williams of Sidney; a brother-in-law, Samuel Burchett; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Brown and Sharon Burchett; two sisters-in-law, Carol Williams and Arlene Williams; and two brothers-in-law, Gene Faulder and Jack Brown.
Donna retired from Jackson Center Schools where she had worked as a custodian. She was an iconic legend in Jackson Center, always known around town as “Coach.” Anyone that knew Donna knew how much she loved and enjoyed her family and friends. One of her favorite things to do was attending Jackson Center Tiger sporting events. Donna enjoyed singing karaoke and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State Buckeyes. She attended Grace Lutheran Church in Jackson Center.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the Jackson Center community for their love and support shown to Donna over all these years.
A visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, December 17, at Grace Lutheran Church, 607 S. Main Street in Jackson Center, where Pastor Shelly Schultz will officiate a memorial service at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Buckeye Monuments, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311 to assist in the purchase of a headstone for Donna.
