The Discovery Center hosts a Community Blood Center blood drive from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, at the 1973 W. State Route 47, Bellefontaine, facility.
Registered donors receive a free “Buckeye Blood Donor” football T-shirt to celebrate the college playoff and bowl season. Schedule an appointment online at www.donortime.com or call (800) 388-4483.
The holiday season is a challenging time for maintaining the area blood supply. If you must miss an appointment to donate, reschedule when you can. The CBC encourages the continued support of type O whole blood donors and type A/B platelet and plasma donors.
