Justin M. Dinovo, current assistant vice president of Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association, will be promoted to president following the retirement of John R. “Rick” Hatcher effective July 1, Citizens Board Chairman Charles R. Earick announced today.
Since joining the financial institution in January 2009, Mr. Dinovo’s training focused primarily on lending products for the association. He also has continued his training in banking issues.
He graduated in 2010 from the Ohio Banker’s League’s Bank Management School and in 2012 from the OBL Bank Leadership Institute. In 2013, Mr. Dinovo graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wis.
Under Mr. Hatcher’s leadership, Mr. Dinovo has taken on increasing responsibility for the development of the association’s long-term strategy.
His energy and drive for meeting the needs of Citizens’ customers now and in the future will be a focus as he takes over the day-to-day operations for the association, the board said.
