Details for a 4:40 p.m. Sunday crash at Homecoming Restaurant, 1330 N. Main St., were not available at press time Monday but Bellefontaine firefighters report the responded to the scene and found a vehicle had hit the north side entrance of the building.
There were no injuries, but a north side entrance was damaged.
Man faces domestic violence charge
Richard L. Huffman Jr., 45, of 122 N. Main St., was charged Saturday with domestic violence.
Around 7:15 p.m., officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department met with Christina Keeran at Village Pantry, 200 E. Sandusky Ave. She was bloodied from a cut on her nose and personnel from the Bellefontaine Fire and EMS Department were tending to her.
The suspect had been drinking most of the day and she retrieved him from T-P Lanes, 300 E. Lake Ave. He continued to consume alcohol and became belligerent toward Ms. Keeran.
He began screaming at her and then slammed his forehead into her face.
He was located at the residence and arrested.
Man lodged on warrants
Randy A. Joseph, 43, of 224 S. Detroit St., was served Friday with Montgomery County warrants for aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.
