Mason C. Roby, 17, of Marysville, was cited for a marked lanes violation related to a non-injury crash on U.S. Route 33 at State Route 347 during foggy conditions Wednesday, Dec. 7.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report he was operating a westbound 2005 Honda CR-V about 8:20 a.m. on U.S. 33 in the left lane. He reportedly traveled out of his lane into the right lane, striking the rear of a westbound 2021 Nissan minivan operated by Trever E. Neibarger 21, of Dresden.
The Roby vehicle continued off the right side of the road, striking the U.S. 33 exit sign.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts. Damage was moderate to both vehicles, which were towed from the scene.
• Terry L. Davis, 60, of Russells Point, was cited for failure to control related to a non-injury crash Wednesday afternoon during foggy conditions.
Deputies report he was operating a northbound 2005 Honda Accord about 5:10 p.m. in the area of 1960 County Road 130 when he went off the right side of the road, striking a culvert and then going airborne over the driveway at that location. The vehicle came to rest in the ditch on the north side of the driveway.
Damage was heavy to the car, which was towed from the scene. The driver was wearing his seat belt.
• Andrea L. Reid, 40, of Bellefontaine, also was cited for failure to control related to a non-injury crash on C.R. 130 that occurred Tuesday, Dec. 6.
Deputies report she was operating a northbound 2007 Honda CR-V in the area of 1910 C.R. 130 about 8:05 a.m. during sleet weather conditions. Her vehicle reportedly went off the right side of the road, striking a telephone pole.
Damage was heavy to the sport utility vehicle, which was towed from the scene. Reid was wearing her seat belt.
