Colin S. Calcote, 371 Belle Meadows Drive, Bellefontaine, reported about 4 a.m. Wednesday that someone had entered his apartment sometime between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 3 a.m. Wednesday. A ziplock bag of oatmeal cookies was missing from the apartment, according to Bellefontaine Police Department reports.
