MARYSVILLE — A Lima-based construction company was awarded the $48 million contract to improve and expand Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Touchstone CPM, a subsidiary of Tuttle Services Inc., was named the construction management team to oversee the multiphase project.
Currently, the project is in the early design stage with the first phase — a new 70,000-square-foot patient tower with 36 private rooms and a dietary/dining facility — to begin construction in spring 2017.
A new 36,000-square-foot Ambulatory Health Center is slated to begin construction in summer of 2017 and will house oncology and ambulatory care services in addition to medical office space.
