Rachel N. Dumas, 23, of 400 West St., Apt. 5, was served Thursday with a warrant for driving under suspension and cited for no operator’s license, driving under a license forfeiture, failure to reinstate driving privileges and driving under suspension.
She was stopped at 2:35 a.m. after an officer of the Bellefontaine Police Department on patrol in the area of Main Street and Sandusky Avenue observed her sport utility vehicle did not have a front license plate.
She was taken into custody and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
• Jacob R. Cook, 26, of Columbus, was charged Tuesday with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
An officer on patrol paced his pickup truck at 40 mph on Lake Avenue around 9:05 p.m. and initiated a stop at Ludlow Road.
Upon talking with Cook, the officer detected an odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests indicated he was impaired by alcohol and he was charged based on officer’s observations.
• Destiney J. Jess, 22, of Sidney was served a warrant for failure to appear after a 9:20 a.m. traffic stop Wednesday in the 100 block of north Madriver Street. She was lodged in jail.
