Local quartet’s upcoming show to feature top names in gospel music

Two top names in the gospel music industry will join a talented local quartet for an evening of inspirational musical ministry.
The Majesty Quartet, which has evolved from Unto Him, will be joined by acclaimed vocalist Doug Anderson and pianist Roy Webb for a 6 p.m. Friday, May 4, showing being billed as Precious Memories.
Anderson, a former member of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound who hails from Lapel, Ind., has won the Gospel Music Association’s Dove Awards for 2014’s best solo country album while Webb of the Cincinnati area is also a past member of Signature Sound and other gospel performance groups.
“If anyone hasn’t seen Roy Webb or Doug Anderson, these guys have traveled the world and in the field of southern gospel are important people,” Majesty Quartet member and Riverside Schools teacher Tim Walls said.
