Campbell Place resident Anita Albert has been named the winner of the Enlivant community’s nationwide recipe contest.
She will be honored during an awards ceremony from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the 356 Kent Drive, Bellefontaine, facility.
Her heart-healthy dish — maple-glazed pork tenderloin — is now being served nationwide on Enlivant communities’ menus. A resident of Campbell Place for more than 20 years, Albert also won a $250 William Sonoma gift card.
“We are so happy for Anita. Her recipe was chosen out of more than 100 entries nationwide and now everyone in Enlivant communities has the opportunity to savor her dish,” said Michael Phipps, Campbell Place executive director.
With a 35-plus year history in the assisted living industry, Enlivant and its subsidiaries operate several hundred senior living communities across 26 states. The company currently employs nearly 7,000 caregivers and support employees across the country.
