Eight students from Benjamin Logan Middle School are featured in the first WOAEA Virtual Summer Show at www.ohioarted.com, sponsored by The Ohio Art Education Association, the professional membership organization for visual arts educators in Ohio.
Teachers were invited to submit up to eight art works from students K-12 in the Western Ohio Region.
“We have so many amazing artists in our region, and we are honored to have eights artists from BLMS featured in the show,” BLMS art teacher Jennifer Davis said.
The featured student artists include: fifth-graders Holly Coaty and M.J. Ricketts; sixth-graders Kelvin Rosa and Keaten Varner; seventh-grader Laykin Thomas; and eighth-graders Mylee Boysel, Simon Bachus and Abby Henry.
