The Benjamin Logan Middle School eighth-grade home-based First LEGO League robotics team received the “Breakthrough Award” at the recent virtual FLL Ohio Championship.
This award celebrates a team that made significant progress in their confidence and capability in both the Robot Game and Innovation Project and are an example of excellent Core Values.
They demonstrated that they understand that what they discover is more important than what they win.
“We could not be more proud of (team members) Kelley Forsythe, Kate Hahn, Powel Willoby, Landon Stoodt, Liam Sweeney, and Dylan Vance, along with their coaches Chris Hall and Kim Forsythe,” said Sally Stolly, Benjamin Logan director of administrative services.
The students watched the virtual awards ceremony together and spent time with each other playing board games and enjoying each other’s company.
