Benjamin Logan High School is honored to announce the delegate from the current high school junior class to attend the 2022 Buckeye Girls State.
The Huntsville American Legion Auxiliary selected Elliott Bailey as the BLHS delegate for the program.
Buckeye Girls State sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary of Ohio is hosted from June 12 to 18 at the University of Mount Union in Alliance.
Through hands-on experience, young women have the opportunity to not only learn the mechanics of local and state government, but also to learn citizenship and patriotism; gain self-confidence, poise and character.
Participants also are eligible to apply or be selected for awards, honors and scholarships.
