Benjamin Logan High School recently inducted 28 juniors, two seniors and two honorary members into the National Honor Society during a ceremony at the High School auditorium. Students are eligible for National Honor Society with a minimum 3.50 GPA. Selection is based on the criteria of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Expectations are for students to be actively involved in their school and community, and to demonstrate leadership in and out of the classroom. Students are evaluated by their teachers, advisors, and coaches and the final selection is determined by the faculty council. New inductees include: Ellie Heim, Whitney Willoby, Preston Bothel, Elliott Bailey, Alanna Gibson, Brielle Moorhouse, Kiley Daniels, Lily Blackburn, Macy Matthews, Hannah White, Rhea Harner, Isaac Napier, Abby Henry, Kaitlin Phillips, Savannah Pugh, Maddy Herring, Madelyn Harmon, Megan Hume, Georgia Bates, Cassidy Rhoades, Joslin Wilber, Claire Rhodes, Caitlin Blumenschein, Alyson Fay, Addison Murphy, Ben Chamberlain, Joel Mitchell, Kyndal Cronkleton, Graham Studebaker, Katie Workman, Kaci Houchin, Mylee Boysel, Evan Carpenter, Izzy Henderson, Aubree Snyder, Hayden Godwin, Michael Dilbone, Isaiah Stanford, Zane Danner, Matthew Beikman, Luke McKenrick, Hunter Lattimer, Ian Scheiderer, Kendra Kennedy, Luke Adams, Jonas Hoffman and Kamryn Gilmore; and honorary inductees Megan Dunfee and Jennifer Davis. To be considered for Honorary Membership, the students nominate adults either at the school or from the community that have had an impact in their lives and portray the same criteria on which they were selected.
