Kenton Ridge edged host Bellefontaine 3-2 on Wednesday in a Central Buckeye Conference boys tennis match.
Earning wins for the Chieftains were Max Wilcoxon at second singles and Min Lin at third singles. Wilcoxon won his match 6-4, 6-3, while Lin was victorious in a 6-1, 6-0 match.
At first singles for BHS, Tyler Frantz fell 6-3, 6-3.
The Chiefs’ first doubles team of Derek Markley and Lindsay Stevenson fell 6-4, 6-2 and the second doubles team of Hunter Karg and J.P. Attar lost 6-0, 6-3.
Bellefontaine competes in the CBC tournament today at Northwestern.
