Betty Jane (Everhart) Speicher, of Belle Center, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Akron, Ohio on February 23, 1945, to the late Daniel A. and Emma (Clark) Everhart. She is also preceded in death by her mom at heart, Alice Hughes.
On May 28, 1968, she married Danny L. Speicher and he survives in Belle Center. She is also survived by children: Evelyn Huffman (Joe) Schwieterman of Lewistown, Lawrence (Rene) Huffman of Huntsville, Melissa Speicher of Belle Center; grandchildren: Nick, Neill, Ellie and Mitch Schwieterman, Brandon (Courtni), Megan, and Nathan Huffman, Kylie (Jake) Edwards, Zach and Katelynn Norris; a great grandchild, Waylon Edwards with two on the way; several nieces and nephews; and her 4 fur babies she loved dearly.
Betty retired from Superfoods after working there for 30 years. She was a 1963 graduate of Richwood High School, was a big fan of Elvis and loved to go to the casino.
Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a graveside service at noon Saturday, January 22, at the Huntsville Cemetery.
