Benjamin Logan’s girls basketball team brushed aside visiting Northwestern 58-33 on Wednesday for a Central Buckeye Conference victory.

The Raiders even their record to 5-5 overall and 3-2 in the CBC, while the Warriors drop to 2-5, 1-3.
Ben Logan got off to a 15-11 lead after the first quarter and outscored Northwestern 14-8 in the second quarter. That put the Raiders on top 29-19 at halftime.
In the third quarter, the Raiders went on a 16-8 run to build a 45-27 advantage. They finished off the Warriors with a 13-6 run in the fourth quarter.
Nikki Current fueled the Raiders with 26 points, nine steals and seven rebounds. Savannah Pavoni had 14 points, Pamela Kelly had nine points and Nya Worrell added four points with six rebounds and six steals.
