A 61-year-old man faces more charges after he was found Tuesday heavily intoxicated again.
Timothy Neff, at large, was charged with having physical control of a motor vehicle under the state’s operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs laws after he was found passed out in a vehicle around 8:20 p.m.
The vehicle was in the Fontaine Plaza shopping parking lot in the 1700 block of south Main Street.
He was unable to stand without assistance and could not communicate with officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department and paramedics with the Bellefontaine Fire & EMS Department.
A nearly empty bottle of vodka was found in the vehicle.
He was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital where he began yelling and cursing medical staff. He agreed to calm down around 11:30 p.m., but within an hour again was yelling and cursing staff.
Officers charged him with persistent disorderly conduct and lodged him in the Logan County Jail.
On Monday, he was arrested at Comfort Inn, 260 Northview Drive, for public intoxication after he did not leave at checkout time.
In all incidents, officers report the suspect was so drunk that he soiled his clothing and/or bedding.
