Robert Paulson, 31, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to burglary Tuesday in an 11th hour plea deal that avoided a trial scheduled for this week. He originally was charged with a second-degree felony burglary and possession of criminal tools for an April 17 incident.
Sentencing was set for March 28.
LAWRENCE |
• Micah Lawrence, 36, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty last week to possession of drugs and theft. He was arrested in August while trying to buy back a video game system he stole from his niece and sold at Cashland, 815 S. Main St. Heroin, prescription pills and various drug paraphernalia were found in his vehicle at the time of the arrest.
He will be sentenced March 28.

• Arthur McKinney, 42, of 116 Grand Ave., Russells Point, was sentenced to two years in prison for a third-degree felony charge of failure to register his address as a sex offender. He was convicted in 2004 of sexual battery.
