Ben Logan can win outright crown against NW next week

Benjamin Logan’s girls basketball team kept its momentum going Wednesday by topping host Urbana 62-52 to claim at least a share of the Central Buckeye Conference Mad River division championship.
The Raiders run their record to 17-3 overall and are atop the CBC Mad River standings at 9-0.
Ben Logan can win the outright division title Thursday, Feb. 4, at home against Northwestern. The Warriors are currently in second place with one league loss, which came against the Raiders earlier this season.
Against Urbana on Wednesday, the Raiders grabbed control early by outscoring the hosts 21-12 in the first quarter. Ben Logan went on to lead 37-25 at halftime.
The Raiders pushed their advantage to 16 points (49-33) after three quarters.
