A two-vehicle, head-on injury crash about 5:15 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 68 at County Road 57 resulted in four people being transported to area hospitals.
One of the vehicles involved was a Logan County Sheriff’s Office sport utility vehicle.
One person was flown by MedFlight helicopter to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
Other injury victims were taken by squad to area hospitals.
Additional information about the identities and conditions of people injured in the crash was not immediately available.
Troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol are investigating the crash.
Logan County Sheriff’s deputies and squads from Bellefontaine, Indian Lake, and Huntsville assisted at the scene.
Damage to the vehicles was heavy and they were towed from the scene.
The road was closed for more than four hours as a result of the crash.
