Two adults and two children were transported by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for the treatment of possible injuries sustained in a one-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report Misato Ina, 34, of Bellefontaine, was operating a southbound van on County Road 1 near Gunntown Road about 2:30 p.m. when she drove off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole, causing heavy damage to the vehicle.
The driver and her passengers Yusuke Ina, 34; Emily Ina, 2; and infant Lisaco Ina each was transported to the hospital. The occupants were all properly restrained in seat belts or child safety seats, deputies said.
Misato was cited for failure to control.

Joyce B. Haub, 62, of 11635 Franklin Drive, Lakeview, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs related to a traffic stop Saturday evening.
Deputies on patrol in the area of State Route 235 and County Road 87 about 8:20 p.m. observed her vehicle driving behind another vehicle with her high-beam headlights turned on. Deputies attempted to initiate a traffic stop with her vehicle, but she did not immediately yield and turned into the Blackhawk Campground.
She reportedly displayed signs of intoxication, and she submitted to field sobriety tests. At the Logan County Jail, she refused to take a breath test and she was released to a sober person.
