One of three men charged in connection with an April 28 shooting at Lakeview has entered a guilty plea.
Brett Eley, 30, of Wapakoneta, pleaded guilty in Logan County Common Pleas Court to carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony.
He was found shortly after deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office began investigating a shooting at 8981 Hilltop Drive, Lakeview.
Mr. Eley was charged with CCW and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jason M. Davidson, 39, of that address was later located and indicted for felonious assault, a second-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; theft, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor theft.
Michael E. Vogler, 51, also of the Lakeview address, was indicted for tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
Mr. Vogler is awaiting trial while Mr. Davidson is wanted on a warrant, according to court records.

Daniel J. Glauner II, 43, of 8976 Crescent St., Orchard Island, Lakeview, admitted a third-degree felony attempted child endangering charge that carries a Tier II sex offender registration requirement.
He was arrested by officers of the Washington Township Police Department in September 2015 on charges that also included attempted use of a minor in nudity material and criminal child enticement.
A neighbor reported the incident after learning her granddaughter was receiving inappropriate text messages from him.
