Pair lodged on drug charges following shoplifting report

Michael Clemmer, 50, and Melissa Whitted, 45, both of 10965 Walnut St., Lakeview, each was charged with two counts of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony count of possession of drugs following an incident Wednesday evening in Lakeview.
