A West Liberty woman was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead after a 6 p.m. Friday crash on south Main Street, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report.
Helen Gressner, 81, of Bellefontaine, was northbound stopped in traffic at Richard Avenue when her vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle operated by Tara Phillips, 39, of West Liberty.
No injuries were reported
