The Ohio General Assembly has set April 28 as the date on which the primary election will be completed after in-person voting March 17 was blocked by an order from Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton to combat the spread of COVID-19.
The following absentee ballot request form can be printed, completed and mailed to: Logan County Board of Elections, 225 S. Main St., Bellefontaine, Ohio, 43311.
Voters also can fill out and submit an absentee ballot request online at www.voteohio.gov.
Once your absentee ballot request is received by the county board of elections, staff will process your request and mail your ballot to your address.
Completed vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked by April 27 or dropped off by 7:30 p.m. April 28 at the Logan County Board of Elections.
The United States Postal Service estimates that it may take two to five days for the completed ballot to be delivered to the board of elections.
