Bedelia A. Holtzberger, 53, of Bellefontaine, was transported by CareFlight helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton for incapacitating injuries sustained in a crash involving her car and a farm tractor Wednesday afternoon.
Ms. Holtzberger was reported to be in stable condition this morning, deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report.
Deputies and the Quincy Fire and EMS responded about 4:50 p.m. to the crash on Carlisle Street in Quincy near the village corporation limit. Ms. Holtzberger reportedly was operating a northbound car when she struck the rear of a northbound tractor operated by Bret Davidson, 29, of Quincy.
Mr. Davidson did not report any injuries. Damage was heavy to the car, and no damage was reported to the tractor.
Deputies continue to investigate the crash, and no citations have yet been issued.
