Adam W. Hook, 44, of 605 W. Sandusky Ave., was charged Saturday with persistent disorderly conduct.
He was reportedly drunk and would not allow Christine Huffman, of the same address, to retrieve her clothing bag and leave for the evening.
Based on comments he made and his emotional state, officers took him into custody and transported him to Mary Rutan Hospital for a voluntary evaluation. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, he ceased cooperating with staff and was arrested.
Medical records show his blood alcohol content was 0.34.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
• Stephanie L. Wilson, 31, of 228 1/2 E. Chillicothe Ave., was lodged recently on a probation violation.
Driver cited in injury crash
Danyelle K. Wireman, 19, of Russells Point, was cited for failure to control after a two-car crash around 4:10 p.m. Friday on south Detroit Street.
She was southbound and her car hit a parked car registered to Joshua Brown, 344 S. Detroit St. Damage was heavy.
Wireman was transported by a Bellefontaine squad to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of possible injuries.
