Three people were charged Saturday after thefts from Wal-Mart, 2281 S. Main St., Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse, 2168 S. Main St., and Dollar General, 2045 S. Main St.
William M. Dolan Jr., 41, of Kenton, was charged with three counts of theft and was served a Hardin County warrant for aggravated robbery.

Officers were dispatched around 12:15 p.m. to a reported gas drive-off from Murphy Oil, 200 Gunntown Road.
The suspect vehicle was located outside Dollar General.
Mr. Dolan was taken into the custody on the warrant and officers continued to talk with Ms. Ford and Ms. Miller, who started out lying about her identity.
Officers observed a variety of merchandise in the rear seat area of the car including clothing, $379 in copper pipe fittings and joints and a pressure cooker. They admitted participating with Mr. Dolan to steal the items from the retailers.
A metal pipe commonly used for smoking crack cocaine was found in Ms. Miller’s purse.
Domestic complaints result in charges

When officers arrived, the suspect was passed out on the bed.
He was roused, arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Photographs were taken of bruising and red marks on the right side of the victim’s neck.
