West Liberty-Salem’s boys soccer team made quick work of visiting Preble Shawnee on Tuesday with a 6-0 victory in a Division III sectional tournament opener.

The fourth-seeded Tigers (15-2) move on to play 21st-seeded Legacy Christian at home on Saturday. The contest begins at 7 p.m.
Neil Markin fueled WL-Salem’s offense with four goals and one assist and Raiph LeVan had two goals with one assist. Ethan Cole and Logan Cole each had two assists.
