A teenager who drove a stolen pickup truck through rear yards in the 600 block of south Detroit Street, crashing into fences, buildings, a fire hydrant and a tree on New Year’s Eve, was one of 28 people named in indictments handed up this week by a Logan County grand jury.
Cole M. Turner, 19, of 555 Newell St., Apt. 1, has been charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony; failure to comply with a peace officer order, a fourth-degree felony; grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; eight misdemeanor counts of failure to stop after a crash; six counts of vandalism, fifth-degree felonies; misdemeanor criminal damaging; misdemeanor underage drinking; misdemeanor aggravated menacing;
